HOW TO RETURN
If you wish to return a purchased item to ARDELINE.lv, you have 14 days from the date of shipment of your order to return it free of charge. The items must be with all labels and in perfect condition.
Product Return Policy:
✔️ Please note that a product return for a single order can be initiated only once.
✔️ Partial returns from the same order (returns made in multiple shipments or at different times) are not accepted.
✔️ Please ensure that all items intended for return are sent together as part of a single return request.
You have two options to return the items:
✔️ at the ARDE LINE store at Rupniecibas iela 27-39, Riga
✔️ via the OMNIVA PARCEL MACHINE
- Log in to your personal account at https://ardeline.lv/lv/login in the Return section, select the item you want to return. Make your return.
- Take the item you want to return to the nearest OMNIVA parcel machine. On the touch the screen, select the required language followed by the "Return a parcel" option.
- Enter the return code received in your account.
- Stick the printed address label onto the parcel. You will find the address label in the compartment under the payment terminal.
- Place the parcel inside the opened locker, close the door and confirm you have sent the parcel by pressing the ‘Confirm’ button displayed on the screen.
- Print a receipt, if necessary.
✔️ If additional return shipments from the same order are nevertheless accepted, a delivery fee of €4.95 will be charged for each subsequent shipment
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the return has been made.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
